You can cancel the purchase if the order has not yet been paid. If the order was paid for and sent, you decided to refuse it, upon return, you pay the full amount of delivery of the order in one direction and the other.
If you did not receive the parcel due to your own fault, or through the fault of third parties, re-sending is carried out at your expense.
Return and exchange does not apply to hygiene products in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" of 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 and sections of GOST 17037-85.
